What is a sync?

A sync is when two people with talents (any magical or adjacent powers) connect to each other with an emotionshare and/or combine their powers to do something stronger or new.

How do people sync?

The two people in question have to be touching skin to skin. In most cases, both have to "offer" the sync and make a deliberate effort to connect.
